Good day everybody!! After the crazy March snow storm yesterday, weather in NY is warm today. Streets are messy and snow becomes slushy, but you know what? It’s ok.. I need the spring to come!!!

Now all the holidays and school breaks are done, it’s time to lose some winter weight that I gained over the winter. Hopefully for the Easter break, I get to wear skimpy swimsuit.

When it comes to the diet, I love to drink these cold-pressed juice. A couple of years ago, I was ok just to drink the juice to spend the whole day. Now?? Hell no~~ I need to eat something. I get a good breakfast, and juice for the wholeday or add salad for lunch and juice for the dinner.

You can make your own juice too.. but in my opinion, just buy it. Because it costs pretty much the same and all the work with the juicer… (cleaning is the worst part, every single time!! ) Anyway, I bought these 32oz bottles of green juices by evolution for $15.There are many different company that makes organic cold-pressed juice with all kind of flavor. But I mostly drink just the greens. For me, I buy anything that’s on sale from freshdirect.com. I’ve tried 3-4 different company, they taste just the same. So this time, I chose evolution fresh which I have tried before, and it tastes so good~~~ feel like I’m losing weight already.
